When you join the club or get in touch about membership, we’ll ask for:

• Your name
• Your address
• An email address
• A phone number

That’s all. We don’t collect bank details or any payment information.

What we use it for

We use your contact details to manage your membership and to keep you up to date with what’s happening at the club; exhibitions, classes, meetings and other news.

Who can see it

Your information is stored securely on a password-protected system that can only be accessed by the club officers; the Chair, Secretary, Treasurer and Membership Secretary.

Sharing your data

We never share your personal details with anyone outside the club.

Your rights

You’re always welcome to check what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or have it deleted. Just get in touch with the Club Secretary at secretaryfarsleyartclub@gmail.com.
